The Quarter event space can only be booked by postgraduate coursework students, staff, or academics for Postgraduate Coursework activities or events.

Booking can only be made if you have 17 attendees or more. If you have under 17 people attending your event, the Event Space will be open for others to use at the same time. Capacity is 50 pax..

Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance and you may book up to 2 hours per day per site. 

A confirmation email will be sent upon moderation of a booking. 

You may use the event space without a booking if the room is unoccupied but must vacate the space if a booking has been made.

Facilities include projector, lectern, microphone, and whiteboards.10 flip tables can be set up in the space if you would prefer a group work setting. Please note that this is not a lecture theatre space and cannot be booked for UOS lectures.
