                Mindful Movements In-Person
Mindful Movements can help us lower stress, fatigue and tiredness, and uplift our mood by stretching and strengthening our body, or just by paying attention and bringing awareness to how our body feels. Come and join us to learn a great way to practice self-care during the exam period.
