Mindful Eating with Student Counselling Services In-Person
Are you feeling stressed and turning to food for comfort?
Our Mindful Eating session can help you make better choices that will be nourishing to your body and give satisfaction. Come and join us to learn how to focus on your body-related sensations, eating experiences, and feelings and thoughts about food. Snacks are provided during the session.
