Statistical Consultations

The Statistical Consulting Unit within the SIH will be offering free 1 on 1 statistical consultations to FASS researchers and HDR students. You don’t have to have a specific statistical question. Feel free to come along to just discuss your research with our experienced statisticians and explore what quantitative methods can help your research stand out from the rest! Novel and more advanced methods can often help research be accepted into higher impactful journals. If you are already doing analysis and have questions, then come along with those too.

Research Data Management 

The Research Data Consulting Team is a team of experts within the Research Portfolio who offer researchers and HDR students assistance with effectively managing research data using University-supported digital tools. They aim to enhance researcher productivity and to align research data management practices with expectations. This team supports best practice in data management, including managing collaborations and sensitive data.

Humanities Hacky time

Drop into this session to get expert advice on your data or technical issues with informatics specialists from the Sydney Informatics Hub. If you're not sure how the Sydney Informatics Hub can help with humanities research, drop by and have a chat with the team.
