‘Mindful eating’ is one mealtime skill that can fit with any healthy eating style and a way to reduce stress eating. This practice involves applying simple mindfulness techniques to the process of eating. Join our counsellor to learn about mindful eating, how it can be helpful and how you can cultivate mindful eating behavior. Please bring your own favourite snack or sultanas provided.
