Webinar: What you need to know about Research Data Management @ SYDNEY In-Person

Are you a researcher, higher degree by research student, or research support staff member at the University of Sydney? And do you want to know about the institutional policies and requirements for the management of research data? If your answer is ‘yes’, come along to learn all about research data management at the University of Sydney, including available tools, services, workshops, online resources, help and support, and take the opportunity to ask your burning RDM questions.

Objectives:

  • Understand research data and the importance of research data management (RDM)
  • Be aware of Australian and University RDM policies and requirements
  • Understand your responsibilities in doing research at the University of Sydney
  • Know how to meet RDM requirements, e.g. creating research data management plan
  • Gain knowledge of the tools and resources available to support RDM activities

Format: Webinar. This is an online presentation. Attendees can login via the web from wherever they are physically located. The webinar link will be emailed out to registered attendees a couple of days in advance and again on the day of the webinar.

The webinar will be recorded. Everyone registered will be sent a copy of the recording after the webinar.
