Rare Brews Competition - Judging and Awards Night In-Person
Come along to discover the winners of the Rare Brews homebrew competition!
Students, staff, and alumni have been busy interpreting historical recipes from the Rare Brews exhibition presented by the University of Sydney Library, and this night will reveal who has brewed the best beers!
Jim Cook (University of Sydney), Samara Fuss (Philter Brewing), and Steve Drissell (Staves Brewery) will be introducing the night with short talks before announcing the winners and prizes. Up for grabs are "Day as Brewer" experiences, brewery tours, merchandise packs, and home brew store vouchers.
Food will be provided and you will have the opportunity to taste the Blackberry ale brewed by the Library.
